The Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse has published on the written submissions provided to the Royal Commission in relation to the public hearing for Case Study 27: Health Care Providers and Regulators.
The public hearing inquired the policies and procedures of the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission, the Medical Council of NSW, the Royal North Shore Hospital, Northern Sydney Local Health District, New South Wales Ministry of Health and the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne to allegations of child sexual abuse in private medical practices and public hospitals.
