The Royal Commission releases issues papers on topics of interest to its work and recommendations, to allow organisations and individuals an opportunity to provide their opinions and expertise in an open forum. These written responses to issues papers are called submissions.
Most submissions are published on the Royal Commission website. However, a person making a submission can request for it not to be. If any material in a submission raises concerns about privacy or fairness, the Royal Commission may publish it with that material removed or decide not to publish it at all. Authors will be informed about such a decision.
